Processing Times
Processing times vary by product type:
- Greeting cards, mini prints & notepads — 1–3 business days
- Custom mini sketches — 5–7 business days (each sketch is made by hand, just for you)
Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
Free shipping on all US orders over $50.
For orders under $50:
- Orders under 0.8oz — Snail Mail for $2.00, or standard shipping for $5.50
- Orders 0.8oz and over — $5.50 flat rate
Shipping is sent via USPS First Class Mail or Ground, whichever is most cost-effective.
Estimated delivery after processing:
- Snail Mail: 2–5 business days
- Standard / Ground: 3–7 business days
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International shipping is calculated at checkout via USPS or DHL, whichever is most cost-effective for your location.
- Orders under 0.8oz — Snail Mail available for $2.00
- Orders 0.8oz and over — calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
Estimated delivery after processing:
- 2–4 weeks depending on destination and customs
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply. These are outside of our control and are not included in your shipping cost.
Tracking
All orders include tracking where available. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Snail Mail and international shipments may have limited tracking updates.
Lost or Missing Packages
Marked as delivered but didn't arrive? Contact us at sillysketchedpets@gmail.com within 7 days. We'll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement if the claim is confirmed.
Package stuck or significantly delayed? Reach out and we'll do our best to help figure out what's going on.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs — but we'll always do what we can to make it right.
