Return & Refund Policy

Overview

Every Silly Sketched Pet is made with love (and a little intentional chaos). Because most of our products are handmade, made-to-order, or one-of-a-kind, we do not accept returns. However, we want you to be happy — if something arrives damaged, we will make it right.


Custom Mini Sketches — Final Sale

Custom mini sketches are created specifically for you based on your pet's photo. Because of the personal, handmade nature of these pieces, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on custom orders.

This includes situations where:

  • The sketch style does not match your expectations (our intentionally silly, imperfect style is the product — not a mistake)
  • You change your mind after placing your order
  • You submitted an unclear or low-quality reference photo

Non-Custom Products — All Sales Final

Non-custom items — including greeting cards, mini prints, notepads, and original market sketches — are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

If your item arrives damaged, see below.


Damaged or Defective Items

We package every order with care, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no charge.

To report a damaged item:

  • Email sillysketchedpets@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number in the subject line
  • Attach a clear photo showing the damage

Reports submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement.


Wholesale Orders via Faire

Orders placed through Faire are subject to Faire's standard return and refund policy. Please refer to Faire's Buyer Protection policy for full details.

In-Person & Market Purchases

All in-person sales at markets, pop-ups, and events are final. If you purchase something at a market and it arrives home damaged, please contact us within 7 days at sillysketchedpets@gmail.com with a photo and proof of purchase.
